High Performance Pet Boots
These high performance boots are thicker, more durable, and very rugged. The fit of the boot is more critical as it will not stretch.
These pet boots (as well as any boots or shoes for human or animal) are not intended to provide traction on ice, but rather as a protection against the effects of ice on the pet's paws. In order to be stable on ice, metal spikes (on human boots/shoes) are needed. Similarly, your dog may be better equipped for ice using his toenails for traction.

How Many Boots should I get?
We've found animals are more receptive to wearing boots when they have four boots. (It makes sense - I know I'd feel awkward walking around with one shoe off and one shoe on.) If your animal is resistant to the idea of wearing a boot, you may want to consider getting a full set.
Sizing:
Measure the width of your dogs paw across the widest point. Dog needs to be standing up when you do this.
Note: When trying on a boot for the first time, please put a sock on the animal's foot as boots returned with hair on them cannot be resold for full value and will be subject to a restocking charge. See Return Policy for details..
